1) Acceptance

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our policies referenced on the Site. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Social casino entertainment only (no real-money gambling)

• The Services are for entertainment and social gameplay purposes only.
• Any virtual coins, credits, chips, tokens, points, or similar items (“Virtual Items”) have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed for money or anything of real-world value.
• No prizes of real-world value are offered or awarded through gameplay.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least the legal gambling age where you are located (and in any case 21+). You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4) Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, suspected fraud, or security concerns.

5) Virtual Items and purchases (if offered)

• Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold, and remain our property.
• Virtual Items may be modified, reset, or removed, including upon account closure, without obligation to provide compensation.
• All purchases are final to the maximum extent permitted by law; no refunds for used or partially used Virtual Items.

6) Prohibited conduct

• No cheating, bots, automation, exploits, or interference with the Services.
• No unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or deceptive behavior.
• No attempts to buy/sell/transfer accounts or Virtual Items outside the Services.
• No reverse engineering or unauthorized access to systems or data.

7) Intellectual property

The Services, including software, content, trademarks, and designs, are owned by LuckyFunHarbor LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment consistent with these Terms.

8) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuckyFunHarbor LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of data/profits, arising from or related to the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10) Dispute resolution; arbitration; class action waiver

Contact us first to try to resolve disputes informally. If not resolved, you and LuckyFunHarbor LLC agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except you may bring claims in small claims court if eligible. You waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.

11) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
